We are one of the few providers that offer unmetered bandwidth transfer across our virtualization services. Customers are welcome to use bandwidth for legal, and ethical purpose as so long as it is shared across the host node. VPS services all have access to a full 1Gbps burstable port with a full 10Gbps port on our host nodes.

Additional IPv4 addresses are available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis upon providing proper justification for use. IPv6 is also available at no cost with proper justification. Please submit a sales ticket for current IPv4 pricing.
We provide the ability for upgraded configurations by simply clicking on the 'Configure' button within your ePortal for any given VPS. At this time downgrades are not possible with our KVM service without completely re-creating your VPS. If you need a specialty configuration, simply submit a ticket to our sales team. At this time downgrades or resource substitutions are not availble.
