Have a verifiable web site, company name and address
Provide first level technical support to your clients
Provide billing and accounting support to your clients
Receive and resolve SPAM, DCMA and Abuse reports of your clients
Resell DirectSpace servers above the pricing listed on the DirectSpace website
Be a DirectSpace customer for 10 days with 5 or more servers at regular price
