In the last six years I have been with almost a dozen different hosting companies for various web sites. The support with these companies has always been the low points of the service. You're always up, your support is excellent and I have NEVER had a problem with uptime or connections. Not to mention that your rates are very reasonable and no company can compare to your unmetered bandwidth. Recently, I had a friend of mine tell me that his hosting service was down for over 24 hours. I recommended DirectSpace.
